Welcome Thymári. Our mission is to bring authentic Greek flavors to your table. We are dedicated to serving fresh, Mediterranean-inspired dishes with a special focus on traditional Greek cuisine crafted by Chef Marco Passante, who was trained in Geneva and Milan, and brings his exacting culinary expertise to each dish. We pride ourselves on using the very highest quality possible. Others say they do, we actually do. We source our essential ingredients directly from Greece. Our Yogurt, all of our dairy products, including our cheeses—to name a few: our Feta, Halloumi, Kefalotiri, and Manouri—are high-end, imported Greek products, and our chicken is top-of-the-line, Purdue Harvestland Organic. We only use first harvest, cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil imported from Sparta. Our lamb comes from New Zealand, Branzino from Greece, and Cod From Iceland. Moreover, our bread, made from only five ingredients and no sugar, is baked in-house with imported Italian flour to create an old-fashioned, Greek country bread. We create meals that capture the essence of Greek culture, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere where tradition, flavor and family come together in every bite.

Marco Passante
Chef Marco Passante is a renowned culinary expert who was trained in Geneva, Switzerland and Milan, Italy. He brings his demanding skill sets to each dish he creates at Thymári. Known for his diligence and focus on authenticity, Marco has helped to curate Thymári’s menu and bring it into its own in terms of delicious flavors and unique presentation with a focus on being true to the cuisine.
